Todd Hand, Executive Managing Director

Todd founded Talent Capital Group in 2000. Prior, he was Director of Talent Acquisition at idealab, where he recruited management teams for this incubator's start-ups. He moved there from the Yankee Group, a Boston-based technology market research firm, where he built and led the company's recruiting department. Since 1994, Todd has filled several hundred technology management positions. 

Todd has spoken at Harvard, MIT, the Massachusetts Software & Internet Council, the University of New Mexico's Science & Technology Corp., and TVC/TEC. Todd is on the board of directors of Coronado Ventures Forum, an organization providing educational programs and opportunities for the exchange of information for investors and entrepreneurs in Northern New Mexico. Todd is also an advisor to the New Mexico Equity Capital Symposium. He holds a BA in Industrial Psychology from Penn State.

Todd is a two-time Ironman finisher (top 10% each time).
